Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT

This agreement is concluded between Üreticy Energy Technologies (Üreticy) and the User who benefits from the SaaS charging management system offered through the platform. The agreement determines the terms of use of the platform and the mutual rights/obligations of the parties.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Üreticy provides User with a cloud-based software that enables remote management of EV charging stations, data tracking via OCPP protocol, reporting, and billing support.

3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The User must act in accordance with the national regulations and energy market laws while using the system. Commercial use of the software (selling charging services) entails the User's responsibility to have the necessary licenses.

4. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND LIABILITY

Üreticy cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by cloud infrastructure or third-party internet providers. Üreticy is not liable for damages arising from physical malfunctions of the charging units managed through the software.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software code and design of the platform are the property of Üreticy. Reverse engineering or copying the source code is strictly prohibited.

6. AUTHORIZED COURT

Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.
