EV Charger Field Service & Fault Management Software

A work order opens the moment an OCPP fault code arrives, is assigned to the right technician in the station’s region and tracked against your SLA. Field team, maintenance and uptime management for CPOs, charger manufacturers and service companies — in one dashboard.

Every hour a charger is down costs revenue, driver trust and your relationship with the site host. In most networks faults are still discovered through driver complaints, discussed in chat groups and tracked in spreadsheets. Üreticy Field Service turns the data our OCPP software receives from each charger into a real service operation: a work order opens when the fault happens, reaches the right technician, is closed on site from a mobile screen and every step is reported.

Why a dedicated fault management system?

Generic CRM and ticketing tools don’t understand chargers. They don’t know which connector has been down, with which error code, for how long; they can’t close a ticket when the charger recovers by itself; they can’t send a remote reset. So crews visit the same fault twice — or not at all. Üreticy Field Service is wired directly to your network’s OCPP data.

Work orders at fault time

StatusNotification error codes (GroundFailure, HighTemperature, ConnectorLockFailure…), Faulted status, offline chargers and critical alerts become work orders automatically.

Region-based dispatch

Each job is assigned to the on-call technician with the lowest workload in the station’s region, spilling over to neighbouring regions when capacity is full.

SLA and escalation

Set first-response and resolution targets per severity. When a target is missed, managers are escalated by email.

Mobile technician screen

No app to install — a personal link: accept, on my way, on site, photos, checklist, parts and resolution notes.

Remote diagnostics

Status query, Soft/Hard Reset and unlock commands are sent from the work order. Faults fixed remotely close without a truck roll.

Self-recovery detection

If the charger comes back on its own, the system notices and resolves jobs that haven’t been dispatched yet — no wasted site visits.

How it works

  1. The charger reports a fault

It sends an error code over OCPP or drops offline. Repeats of the same fault don’t create new tickets; the existing work order’s counter increases.

  2. A work order is created and assigned

The error code is interpreted automatically: severity, likely cause and a suggested first step are written to the job. The technician is notified by email (and optionally SMS).

  3. The technician closes it on site

Directions, site contact, warranty end date and the station’s fault history on one screen. Before/after photos, checklist and parts used complete the job.

  4. Reports and SLA proof

MTTR, time to first response, SLA compliance, first-time-fix rate and the models and stations that fail most. Provable uptime for site hosts and investors.

Frequently asked questions

Which chargers does Field Service work with?

Chargers of any brand, AC and DC. On chargers connected to Üreticy over OCPP 1.6J, 2.0.1 or 2.1, faults become work orders automatically from StatusNotification messages and disconnections. Chargers that are not connected to Üreticy (on another CSMS or not connected at all) can be added to “Field Assets” without limit and at no extra cost, or bulk-imported via CSV; for these, jobs are opened from the QR fault-report form, the API or manually.

Do technicians need to install an app?

No. Each technician gets a personal, password-free link that opens in the phone’s browser and can be shared over WhatsApp. If it’s lost, create a new one and the old link stops working immediately. You can also add technicians as panel users with the “Technician” role.

What happens if the charger recovers by itself?

The system detects the charger reporting a normal status again. If nobody has been dispatched yet (new or assigned), the job is resolved automatically with the root cause “No fault found”; if the technician is already on the way, they are notified.

Can I use it with subcontracted service companies?

Yes. Add the company to the technician record, assign subcontracted crews to regions and report SLA performance by technician and region.

Does it connect to my ERP or call-centre system?

On the Professional and Enterprise plans you can create and update work orders via the REST API and receive webhook events such as work_order.created, work_order.resolved and work_order.sla_breached.

What happens when the trial ends?

The 14-day trial includes every Professional feature. Nothing is charged when it ends; simply buy the plan you need in the panel (secured by PayTR). Your data is kept.
